Anglia Ruskin University, based in the beautiful East of England, has a history dating back to 1858. The University now has five academic faculties offering a range of high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the beautiful academic city of Cambridge, with a second campus in the historic town of Chelmsford.
Anglia Ruskin has become a popular destination for international students, who currently make up more than 20 percent of the student population. Each year around 100 different nationalities are represented across the two campuses.
Academic strengths
Anglia Ruskin's courses are offered across five faculties: Ashcroft International Business School; Faculty of Science and Technology; Faculty of Arts, Law and Social Sciences; Faculty of Education; Faculty of Health and Social Care. As well as full three-year undergraduate and one-year postgraduate degree courses, there are also one-year or one-semester study abroad programmes available.
Anglia Ruskin recognises that many students see a degree as an important step on their career path, and believes a degree, both undergraduate and postgraduate, should not only enhance subject knowledge but also prepare students for the world of work and equip them with skills that will be useful throughout their career.
This approach clearly gives excellent results as over 93 percent of Anglia Ruskin graduates are either employed or studying for a further qualification within six months of graduation.
