Middlesex is a truly international university. Of our 22,000 students, around 5,000 are international, from over 170 countries. Middlesex was the first UK university to establish a global network of regional offices who support international students with their applications to Middlesex and we also have an overseas campus situated in Dubai.

Middlesex is well known for producing highly employable graduates, has earned an excellent reputation for the quality of its teaching and learning and is continuing to develop as a respected research institution

The University is comprised of four schools: Arts and Education, Business, Engineering and Information Sciences and Health and Social Sciences, spread over three main campuses in London.

Our campuses are spacious learning environments – landscaped spaces within an urban setting – quite rare for a London university. Each campus has its own distinctive personality from the innovative modernity of Hendon to the beautiful parkland setting of Trent Park.

Academic strengths
Middlesex University is renowned for its modern and innovative programmes, gaining top grades for quality assurance and standards, as well as overall excellence in all 11 subjects inspected since 2000. The revised teaching quality league table featured in The Times Higher Education Supplement on 17 November 2006, shows Middlesex as number two in 'The New Top Ten' of adjusted QAA teaching quality inspection (TQI) scores. Many of our programmes are professionally accredited and we continually monitor the demand for new programmes, introducing new courses in line with employer demand to ensure our graduates are employable in such competitive job markets.
