Launched by the British Council in 2002, invited students to compose a 'letter home'. Entrants were asked to concentrate on their experience of life in the UK and what they've got out of it.

Students aid expansion into China
Chinese students in the north-east of England are working with the local business community to aid their expansion into China.
Under the scheme, local companies can select a Chinese-speaking student with knowledge or experience of their industrial sector and the market area in China. The student will then investigate the trade potential for the business.
