Saatchi Gallery home to modern art
The Saatchi Gallery opened in County Hall, on London's South Bank, in spring of this year. The new gallery aims to showcase the best of UK contemporary art, including works by artists such as the Chapman brothers, Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst, Sarah Lucas and Jenny Saville.
The UK is often seen as being at the forefront of the modern art movement and the gallery will provide a dedicated showcase for UK art. The gallery will promote the work of new and established British artists.
