University of Dundee PhD Opportunities
The College of Art, Science and Engineering (CASE) can offer up to 10 PhD studentships and waiving of all tuition fees for successful China Scholarship Council (CSC) applicants. The PhD topics should be chosen from the areas listed below, and potential applicants should first apply for a CASE PhD by stating clearly on the PhD application that you wish to apply for CSC funding. At the time of applying to the CSC, applicants must have already received :
- An unconditional offer from the University of Dundee
- Confirmation from the University of Dundee that tuition fees will be waived on gaining a CSC scholarship
- A recommendation from the applicant’s home (Chinese) University
Deadline for Applications 28 February 2013

State clearly on the PhD application form that you wish to apply for CSC funding. At the time of applying to the CSC, applicants must have already received:
- an unconditional offer from the University of Dundee
- confirmation from the University of Dundee that tuition fees will be waived on gaining a CSC scholarship
- a recommendation from the applicant’s home (Chinese) university
- Applicants should meet the English language requirements of the University of Dundee.

FULL SCHOLARSHIP, KINGSTON UNIVERSITY AND THE DESIGN MUSEUM LONDON

We are looking for high level emerging curators who might apply for our Sino -British Scholarship for MA Curating Contemporary Design - £22,000. This includes full fees plus a stipend of £10,000.
If you know of any high calibre suitable young professionals or graduates who may be appropriate please alert them to this opportunity of studying at Kingston University, Faculty of Art, Design + Architecture and the Design Museum in London ( the programme is in association with the Design Museum). The course starts September 2012 and candidates must have 6.5 language level to enter.*

University of Central Lancashire Scholarship Information
UCLan-Wiseway Excellence Award (China)
Two 25% tuition fee scholarships are available to successful students making an application to the University of Central Lancashire through the services of Wiseway in China. The awards are available to students for either a one year postgraduate taught programme or the first year of an undergraduate programme. The awards are open to applicants who are nationals of, and resident in China at the time of application, and who submit their applications through an office of Wiseway in China.
UCLan - IAE China Excellence Award (China)
One 50% tuition fee scholarship is available to a successful student making an application to the University of Central Lancashire through the services of IAE in China. The award is available to a student for either a one year postgraduate taught programme or the first year of an undergraduate programme.
Two further awards of 60% discount on service fee are also available.
These awards are open to applicants who are nationals of, and resident in China at the time of application, and who submit their applications through an office of IAE in China.
UCLan- AOJI Excellence Award
One 50% tuition fee scholarship is available to a successful student making an application to the University of Central Lancashire through the services of Aoji in China. The award is available to a student for either a one year postgraduate taught programme or the first year of an undergraduate programme.
This award is open to applicants who are nationals of, and resident in China at the time of application, and who submit their application through an office of Aoji in China.
